Behance

BEHANCE:
We have been exploring different ways to create a portfolio, the one we have been asked to create is an online portfolio on Behance. Behance is a more creative site to push the boundaries and push yourself to create interesting pieces of work. The task is to create my own account on behance and upload 20 creative images I have already produced. Looking at other account holders on Behance you can see who are the successful ones and who isn't. My aim is to try and reach as many people as possible to get maximum views and likes of my uploaded work.
The ones who seem to be more popular on Behance are the ones that regularly upload collections of work, they also have some very creative pieces. Popular ones in particular are double exposures and multiples, I think this maybe because the way in which they compose them and how it can create a whole new dimension in the images. I like multiple exposures more so the ones which are created in camera as I think this takes you as a photographer more time to think and compose rather than do it on photoshop.

Ways in which I can boost interest in my work:

Boosting interest in the collection of work will be to follow and like other users on Behance prompting them to take a look at mine and hopefully follow back. The more people I do this too the more likely my work will be seen. Others ways to attract attention is to promote my account on other social media sites ie, facebook and twitter sharing it on these pages will hopefully see more likes and follows.

Images I'm going to upload are the experimental images I produced with the cyanotype technique. Now I will promote this page to try and gain followers and likes.

My behance account I have created:
